- Uphold publication ethics, being well-versed in the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) criteria and publisher policies as advised by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

- Assist in configuring new or existing systems to meet client requirements, using major peer review systems including ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, BenchPress, MPS, and Open Journal System.
- Provide training solutions for new users to maximise productivity from their peer review systems.
- Offer consulting services for effective management of editorial office operations and peer review processes, with follow-up to ensure proper implementation and maintenance.
